Due to it being so expensive to have a licensed HVAC technician do the work, I decided to let him do 5 stores on a test basis.
I was very impressed with his ability to do the job (turn key) ie. He coordinated with managers and did not interrupt food service. He repaired current equipment with EOM parts and he also manufactured and installed parts on obsolete equipment in a very professional way.
